Binaan Kos Konsult (BKK) was established since the mid 1980s. We are one of the first locally established QS practice in Kota Kinabalu.

Our Consulting Services include Preliminary Cost Estimating, Cost Planning, Feasibility Study, Tender Estimating, Cashflow Forecasting, Tender Evaluation, Preparation of BQ / Tender Document / Contract Document, Interim Valuation, Cost Monitoring and Reporting, Assessment of Variation / EOT Claims, Measurement of Quantities for builders' variation claims, etc.
